My little fur baby was well looked after. It was her first time away from the family and she has not been around other cats so I was a bit worried. The team ran me through the process and kept me updated on her progress, I loved that. She came home and was a little more confident and playful

As an anxious cat mom woth an even more anxious kitty, they made me feel welcomed and showed that they understand cats and love cats from the get go. During my cat's first stay they took good care of him - although my cat was scared and hid away the entire weekend. The environment was spacious and clean for the cats too. Very different from other Catteries what we've tried before and I think this one works best for my cat.

Lupin was very happy during his three-week-long stay at the Happy Cat Hotel and he was all loves and purrs when he got home. The people who run this cat hotel are absolutely lovely, and it was great getting photos of Lupin looking like the king of the roost while we were away. Will definitely leave him there again if he needs to stay somewhere! Thank you to all of you!
