We were quite apprehensive as our kitten was only 9 months and this was our first holiday away from him. On arrival at the Happy Cat Hotel, we were instantly put at ease by the staff and also the accommodation and environment created by the team. During our holiday we were sent regular updates via photo’s of our little Phoenix. He looked happy and very relaxed. The staff are all very professional and friendly and I definitely strongly recommend a stay there for your feline.
